I had a great experience working with Manhattan Roofing. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was punctual, professional, and transparent about the work needed. Jerry himself was responsive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the options and offer a fair quote.
The crew completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail—whether it was repairing shingles, cleaning out the gutters, or sealing problem areas, everything was done to a high standard. They left the property clean and debris-free, which I really appreciated.
Overall, excellent service at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Manhattan Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, quality roof or gutter work.

Truly the best experience with a contractor I've had since taking over property management for my building in 2021. George's staff were incredibly respectful and kind, treating both me and our tenants with respect as they overhauled our awful old roof and replaced tenant skylights. George was honest and upfront about costs and how/why things would cost the way they did, and the team was incredibly efficient. We got through the most recent storm completely leak free, something that hasn't happened in years. I'm SO grateful I went with George and Manhattan Roofing. I attached before and after photos below:
